PUMA ST VS RC. WHO WINS?

Our ST performance models are all about nimble cornering, agility and having fun behind the wheel.

And what could be more nimble, compact and agile than a professionally driven, radio-controlled (RC) car? So, we decided to race the Puma ST against a specially made 1/10th scale RC replica of itself.

Driving the full-size Puma ST was WRC rally driver, Louise Cook. While the miniature Puma was driven by Lee Martin, a professional RC racer. The venue for the showdown was the iconic Brands Hatch motor racing circuit in the UK.

The Puma ST is our first performance SUV for customers in Europe. It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 6.7 seconds. And it's the only car in its class to offer a mechanical limited-slip differential that helps grip the road for better cornering.

The Puma is our first, and probably only, radio-controlled replica. And it's tiny. But fast. So, in a head-to-head on the track, who wins?
