For more than a century we’ve been leading the change in the automotive industry. Now, as we move into an electrified future, our goal is to help build a better world, where everyone is free to move and pursue their dreams.
By 2030 all Ford passenger vehicles will be electric. Opening in 2023, our $2 billion electric vehicle plant in Cologne is part of $50 billion we are investing globally in electrification.
We are committed to net zero. Our entire global operation will be carbon neutral by 2050. And we’re on track to achieve zero emissions for all vehicle sales and carbon neutrality across our European operations by 2035.
We aim to create the world's best driving and ownership experiences. We strive to create a culture of belonging for our employees and be a force for good in our communities.
We’ve been thinking about the future since 1903. Find our more about Ford's history and what we've got planned for the future below.
Gratefully received from press and industry.
We can make a positive impact on millions of people by empowering employees and protecting human rights in the supply chain. We know because we’ve been doing it for more than a century.
We also have a role to play in protecting the planet by reducing emissions from our vehicles, operating world-class facilities and helping our suppliers reduce their impact on the world around us.

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental parts of our business strategy and are key to enabling our business to connect and grow in a way that supports our employees, suppliers and customers. We recognise the benefits of a gender balanced workforce, within our organisation and our industry, and we value the new Gender Pay Gap reporting elements in focussing our on-going efforts to achieve this aim.
