  • You will need to set-up an account with Ford before you can register to Ford Credit Account Manager.

    Anyone with a Ford vehicle can register here however only those with a Ford Credit agreement will be able to use Ford Credit Account Manager.  

    Click on this link and select the option to Create an Account.

    1.  In the ‘email address’ field, enter your email address that you want to use to register (please note that you will need to use the same email address to register with both ‘Ford’ and ‘Ford Credit Account Manager’). Once complete, click on the ‘Request Email’ button.

    2. You will now need to verify your email address. Check your email inbox and click the "Verify your email" button located in the body of the text.  If you did not receive an email then you need to check your spam folder or select the ‘Resend Email’ button whilst on the registration screen (the email is usually sent within 2 hours).

    3. Once you have clicked on the ‘Verify your email’ button in the body of the email, a new browser window will open:

    • Enter your details in the ‘First name’ and ‘Last name’ fields

    • Create a unique password. It is important to use a password that you will remember when logging into your ‘Ford’ account

    • Tick both ‘Terms & Conditions’ and ‘Privacy and Cookies Policy’ boxes once you have read the information

    • Click on the ‘Create Account’ button to complete the ‘Ford’ registration process

    4. You should now see a notification on the screen advising ‘Account Successfully Created’. You will also receive an email notification confirming your registration has been successful.

    5. Click the ‘Go Back’ button to return to the Homepage and Log in using these credentials. 

    Once you have created your Ford Account, you are also registered for the Ford Pass app (which you can download from the App Store / Google Play) using the same credentials to log in. You can now register to use Ford Credit Account Manager by clicking on the Manage Now on the My Finance widget on your Ford Account or the Ford Credit widget in the Ford Pass app.

  • To register for Ford Credit Account Manager, log in to your Ford Account and under the My Finance widget select the "Manage now" link. If you are yet to create a Ford account please see question 1 for a step by step guide.

    1. You will be asked to enter your Ford Credit finance account number to register with Ford Credit Account Manager or your Vehicle Registration, post code and date birth (these must be the same details your provided when your contact was taken out with Ford Credit.

    2. Next you will need to verify your mobile number. Click the "Request Code" button to receive an SMS/Text message authentication code to the mobile number we hold for you. Please note you will not be able to complete the registration if you did not provide your mobile phone number as part of your finance application with Ford Credit or if you have recently changed your mobile phone number. In cases such as these, you will need to telephone us on: 0345 712 5490.  Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.15pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.   

    3. Enter the code you received in the SMS/text message In the ‘Authentication Code’ field and then click ‘Next’

    4. The final step of the registration process is to read through the terms and conditions, scroll down and click in the box next to ‘I agree’ before clicking on the ‘Accept’ button.

    5. The registration process is complete and you will be directed to your ‘Account Overview’ screen in the ‘Ford Credit Account Manager’ application.            

  • No, you do not need to re-register to Ford Credit Account Manager. Your new Ford Credit agreement will be available in Ford Credit Account Manager automatically. 

  • Yes if you don't have your account number to hand you can also register using your Vehicle Registration, Post Code and Date of Birth.

    Once registered all you will need to sign in is your email address and password and your mobile phone to hand to receive the SMS authentication code.

  • Have you recently changed your mobile provider? if so, we recommend trying again in 24 hours in case your mobile number has not fully transferred over to your new provider.

    If you are using a Dual SIM mobile (2 SIM cards used in the same mobile phone) then please ensure the SIM card you are using at the time of login is for the mobile number that you have recorded with Ford Credit

    Please make sure we have your most up to date mobile number in order for the SMS to be sent to the correct mobile number.

    If you have checked the following but are still not receving a SMS it could be due to your account being temporarily blocked.

    Each customer has three daily attempts to input the SMS authorisation code whilst accessing Ford Credit Account Manager.

    After this you will be blocked for 24 hours.

    Please wait 24 hours before retrying and requesting one again. 

  • If you forget your password you can reset this easily at any time by selecting "Forgot Password" at the login screen and we will email you a password reset link.

  • Only customers with active agreements can register and use Ford Credit Account Manager and it is not possible for any third parties to access your account online.

  • You will have access to Ford Credit Account Manager for 30 days after your agreement has been paid off and the account closed, after which you will no longer have access.

    Calls to 0345 numbers are charged at the same rate as a standard 01 or 02 geographic number, even when calling from a mobile. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
