Marketing, Sales and Service professionals help to create the essential bonds between our company, our Dealers and our customers. It is one of the biggest functions in Ford.
As part of this energetic team, you will be working to ensure that our products and services are best in class and that our brand image goes from strength to strength. You will be working as part of a team who focus on fostering greater customer satisfaction and developing profitable market share by ensuring that our products and services are positioned, priced and sold with a strong customer experience at all "touchpoints" to optimise added value to our bottom line.
Externally you will be responsible for taking our products and services to our customers in partnership with our Dealers. Internally you will work with a number of other departments, including Product Development, Manufacturing and Finance to bring both the current and the next generation of exciting products and services to our customers and developing the revenue and profit equation for Ford. This will involve participating in projects which involve multiple markets where the work streams include colleagues from different counties.
