How do I delete my Ford or FordPass^®* account?

You can delete your account within the FordPass App using the steps below. 

Important:

• Once you delete your account profile, the process cannot be undone.
• Your FordPass account is also associated with your Ford Account.

Deleting Your Account

1. Log in to FordPass.                                                                    
2. Navigate to the Account screen. 
3. Tap the Settings tile. 
4. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
5. Follow prompts to finalise the deletion of your account.
