Why am I unable to replace my Radio Frequency Identification card in FordPass?

Currently, there is a known issue with replacing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards in FordPass and we are working diligently for a resolution. 

  • If you are experiencing issues replacing your RFID card in FordPass, wait 10 seconds and then tap Try Again
  • If the issue continues, the upcoming 5.20 app version is expected to contain a fix.
