Ford Rental: Vehicle Requests

Ford Rental will provide a vehicle within the same group requested, subject to notice and hire demand. If a vehicle within the requested group is unavailable and sufficient notice has been provided, Ford Rental will attempt to seek a higher group vehicle to fulfill the request.
