Contact a Ford Dealer

We’ve temporarily closed our dealership showrooms; some workshops remain open as normal

Our top priority is to keep our employees and customers safe, by helping to limit the spread of the virus where we live and work. In-line with government guidance, we have closed the showrooms in our dealerships, however some service workshops remain open to support in emergencies, key workers and our desire to help keep essential businesses and their employees mobile. Check with your local Dealer for more information. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will advise you as soon as anything changes.

Online Services

Despite everything, we’d like to reassure you there has been no disruption in our ability to process online orders for aftersales vehicle parts and accessories. You can use your Ford Account or the FordPass app to access your owner’s manual, book maintenance as well as a wide range of online services.

Ford Credit is here to help

Like many businesses, we are now working differently to keep our employees, customers and other stakeholders safe and help limit the spread of the virus in the communities where we live and work. Whilst we will continue to do everything we can to keep our call centre services up and running with limited disruption during these challenging times, we would like to remind you of our Account Manager tool. Account Manager enables you to do most things yourself from your mobile phone through FordPass or online through a web browser, including:

  • Reviewing your account
  • Requesting a settlement figure on your loan
  • Making a payment
  • Updating your personal details
  • Amending your payment due date
  • Changing your direct debit details

Finance support

We routinely offer a number of tools to help vulnerable customers regardless of the situation. These include reduced payments, payment deferral or pre-arrears forbearance. Additionally, we have introduced further special measures to help anyone leasing or financing their car through Ford Credit to offset the potential economic impact of the coronavirus outbreak. Please speak to us about your individual circumstances.

Fraud alert – phishing attacks

Criminals are disguising themselves as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other similar organisations to steal money or sensitive information. They claim to be able to provide the recipient with a list of coronavirus infected people in their area. In order to access this information, individuals need to click on a link, which leads to a malicious website, or are asked to make a payment in bitcoin.

Do not click on links or attachments in suspicious emails (as they could download viruses onto your computer or device), and never respond to unsolicited messages and calls that ask for personal or financial details.
