If you are a Ford Credit customer and are worried about making your next payment, please don't worry. Our Account Services team are here to help you if you have been impacted by COVID-19.  You can also find advice on the FCA website on how to deal with financial difficulties caused by COVID-19.  Alternatively the Money Advice Service  has launched a Money Navigator Tool specifically designed to give you instant help based on your circumstances.

If you have any service or maintenance needs, you can book the quick and easy way in 5 simple steps with our Online Service Booking tool. This can be booked using your Ford Account or the FordPass app, as well as accessing a wide range of online services, including your owner’s manual.

Like many businesses, we are now working differently to keep our employees, customers and other stakeholders safe and help limit the spread of the virus in the communities where we live and work. Whilst we will continue to do everything we can to keep our call centre services up and running with limited disruption during these challenging times, we would like to remind you of our Account Manager tool. Account Manager enables you to do most things yourself from your mobile phone through FordPass or online through a web browser, including:

  • Reviewing your account
  • Requesting a settlement figure on your finance
  • Making a payment
  • Updating your personal details 
  • Amending your payment due date
  • Changing your direct debit details

Individual Ford dealerships are responsible for their own Return to Work Policy, based on the recommended and agreed Ford Care Code.
