Enjoy a seamlessly connected car with Alexa Built-in. Once activated, Alexa seamlessly integrates with your car, allowing you to manage your on-board systems including navigation and climate control, plus phone calls, infotainment and remote access to your smart home features. You can even manage your personal calendars, email, and home shopping lists. All by using simple voice commands.

How to activate Alexa built-in
Follow the steps below or watch our video to learn more about how to activate Alexa for your vehicle. You can use your existing Amazon account login details or create an account on the spot if you don't have one.
Step 1
Register Alexa Built-in by tapping on the Alexa icon on the SYNC 4 screen.
Step 2
On the status information screen, select Alexa Built-in, then select “Yes” or “Get Started”.
Step 3
Scan the QR code or visit Amazon.co.uk/code and sign into your Amazon account or create a new account. Follow the steps to finish registering.
Step 4
Now activate Ford Premium Connectivity. Tap "Connected Services" within the Ford app. Select "Ford Premium Connectivity" and follow the on screen steps to activate your in-car assistant.
