Summer tyres
Standard summer tyres have tyre compounds that perform well in warmer weather in both wet and dry conditions. As most of the UK does not experience extremes in temperature, standard summer tyres are fitted to the majority of new vehicles in the UK.
Winter tyres
Winter tyres are designed to perform best when temperatures drop below 7°C. Driving on winter tyres provides added safety and peace of mind in wet, snowy and icy conditions. All-season tyres

Runflat tyres
Runflat tyres are designed to allow you to continue for a limited time at a maximum of 50 mph following a puncture. They can be identified with an “RF” mark on the tyre sidewall.
