How to charge
EV charging cables
We recommend charging your EV with a professionally installed home charger. All Ford EVs come with a Mode 3 AC charging cable as standard. If you'd prefer to use a standard wall socket or need other connectors, charging cables are available in our online shop.
Domestic power sockets
Charging through a domestic power socket can be a convenient option for your plug-in hybrid vehicle, and for occasional use on fully electric vehicles. Always ensure that socket suitability is checked by a qualified electrician.
