Your Fleet Business Manager is supported by the Ford Fleet Business Centre, a team of experienced individuals that support the day to day operations of our fleet team and can also be a point of contact for any business queries or questions your might have - from arranging a vehicle demonstration, to clarifying product queries. Every rental partner is assigned an account manager from our Rental Operations team. They guide our partners through the process of vehicle purchasing – from product specification, to quotation, all the way through to order fulfilment and payment. The Ford of Britain Rental Operations team is also responsible for the management of Ford Rental, our in-house vehicle rental and customer mobility provider.
