Two-year unlimited mileage warranty
Your Ford Direct car comes with a two-year comprehensive unlimited mileage warranty included in the price. This means it’s covered against failure due to manufacturing or material defects in most original specification components, and there are no limits on the number of claims you can make.
Two-year Ford Assistance including Europe-wide cover
Ford Assistance covers most European destinations and is valid 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All Ford Direct cars come with two-years' Ford Assistance which provides roadside assistance, assistance at home and vehicle recovery. Not only do you have the reassurance of the manufacturer's own warranty, but there are also no limits on the number of claims you can make. Terms and conditions apply.
30 day exchange plan
If you bought your car on finance, you’ll need to settle the balance with the finance company when you make the exchange, and sign a new finance agreement. If for any reason you wish to change your Ford Direct vehicle, you may exchange it once within the first 30 days or 1,000 miles (whichever is sooner) as long as it is:
        • Returned to the Dealer you bought it from
        • The same vehicle that was sold to you (including tyres and options etc)
        • In the same condition as sold
        • Exchanged for another car of the same or higher price
Prepared to Ford’s exacting standards
Ford Direct’s nationwide network of Dealers offers you only the best used cars. So you can buy safe in the knowledge that:
        • Your car complies with its original new Ford specification, including tool kit, spare keys and service pack
        • Any replacement items are Ford approved and comply with your vehicle’s original specification
        • Your car has a full service history, as recommended in the Ford Service Plan
HPI and National Mileage Register checked
To make sure your new car has not been ‘clocked’, we check all Ford Direct vehicles on the National Mileage Register before we offer them for sale. Your car will also have been given a comprehensive HPI check to ensure there is no outstanding finance due. And for extra reassurance, we check to ensure your car has never been written off and is not currently reported to the police as lost or stolen.
The Ford Direct hologram shows it’s genuine
Once they’ve passed our rigorous tests and checks, all Ford Direct cars are issued with a tamperproof windscreen hologram. So you can be confident that your car meets our strict standards and is backed by a comprehensive package of benefits.
RAC inspected and approved
Before we offer your car for sale, we subject it to a rigorous examination. We check inside, outside, under the bonnet and the underneath of every single Ford Direct vehicle – we even scrutinise the tool kit in the boot. Once a vehicle has passed our initial examination, it goes through the Ford used car reconditioning process, where any prior noted imperfections are corrected. Next, we submit the car for an independent RAC inspection. Once it has passed, it’s issued with an RAC approved certificate containing details such as model, chassis number, registration number and mileage.
Once vehicles have been assessed, road tested and passed by the RAC engineer, they are given a thorough valet, to add the finishing touch.
Finally, we issue the car with our Ford Direct security windscreen hologram – so you can be sure your purchase comes with complete peace of mind.

Ford Options – Personal Contract Purchase
If you want to change your car on a regular basis then Ford Options is right up your street. There is no deposit required and a Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV / Optional Final Payment) to protect you against any unexpected fall in used car prices.

Flexible end of agreement options give you the chance to:

Renew: Choose another car
You can trade in your old car, or sell it privately if you prefer. You must settle your account and then you may use any excess over your GMFV as a deposit on your next Ford car
 
2. Return: Hand the car back
You’ll have nothing further to pay, providing the car is in good condition and the agreed mileage hasn’t been exceeded.
 
3. Retain: Keep the car
If you decide to keep the car, assuming all payments have been made, you just need to pay the GMFV / optional final payment) plus the purchase fee and it’s yours to drive away
