In today’s busy world, we understand it’s not always easy to find time to visit a Ford Dealer. If your Ford is in need of a service or MOT, but it’s not convenient for you to bring it in, we’ll come to you.
With Pick Up & Delivery, we can service your vehicle while you stay at home. We’ll arrange a time that suits you, pick up your car and bring it back to you serviced.
Simply contact your local Ford Dealer or use our Online Service Booking tool to arrange Pick Up & Delivery as part of your service booking. If you need to stay mobile, our participating dealers can also provide you with a courtesy car while your vehicle is with us.

- You can make a simple contactless payment online or by phone.

See what our technicians see with our free Ford Video Check, sent straight to your phone. You’ll receive a video of the 30-point vehicle check, a simple summary of the results and, if needed, a no-obligation estimate for any work recommended by our technicians.
Ford Express Service
Ensuring work to your vehicle is finished as quickly as possible. With our Ford Express Service, two technicians work together to maximise efficiency and save you time. So, in the time it takes you to enjoy a coffee or short walk, your Ford should be serviced and ready to go.
24-hour key drop
Our participating dealers offer key drop facilities in showrooms. This saves time and is convenient when dropping off your vehicle during busy hours or outside of the Service department opening times. Ask your dealer about dropping off your car key and leaving relevant details. You can then discuss specifics over the phone or via the Ford Video Check process.
Courtesy car
Life shouldn’t slow down because your vehicle needs servicing. That's why many Dealers offer a courtesy car. While using the Online Service Booking tool, simply choose between a courtesy car or our Pick Up & Delivery service. Additional charges may apply, please check with your dealer for details.
Extended opening hours
We understand that a busy work/life schedule can often make it difficult to visit us during normal business hours. So, many Ford Dealers have now extended their opening times to make life a little easier for you. Check with your Ford Dealer for details.

The easiest way to book a vehicle service. Simply use the Online Service Booking tool on our website to select the type of service you wish to choose, your preferred date, time and Ford Dealer. For extra convenience, our participating dealers offer a range of options such as courtesy car or our Pick Up & Delivery service.
