When time is precious
We know your time is valuable, that’s why we aim to finish any required work on your vehicle as quickly as possible, however, for times when you need your vehicle back even faster, we offer the Ford Express Service.
Available as an option for both the Ford Scheduled Service and Ford Essential Service, our Dealers aim to complete your Express Service in approximately 60 minutes.
You still get the full service, but to maximise efficiency, two Ford technicians work on your vehicle together. So, in the time it takes you to enjoy a coffee or a short walk, your Ford will be serviced and ready to go.
What's included & how to book
What’s included
- Two technicians will simultaneously work through a list of checks and changes for your vehicle, including oil changes, tyre inspection and rotation.
- We’ll aim to have the work completed, and your car returned to all within one hour.
- You can then make a payment online or by phone.
How to book
- Use our Online Service Booking tool, selecting ‘Express Service’† as an optional extra.
- Alternatively, contact your local Ford Dealer to arrange a date and time that’s convenient for you.

Pick up & delivery
With Pick Up & Delivery, we service your vehicle, while you stay at home. We’ll arrange a time that suits you, collect your vehicle and bring it back to you fully serviced.
Courtesy car
Life shouldn't slow down because your vehicle needs servicing. That's why many Dealers offer a courtesy car. While using the Online Service Booking tool, simply choose between a courtesy car or our Pick Up & Delivery service. Additional charges may apply, please check with your dealer for details.
Extended opening hours
We understand that a busy work/life schedule can often make it difficult to visit us during normal business hours. So, many Ford Dealers have now extended their opening times to make life a little easier for you. Check with your Ford Dealer for details.
