Our participating dealers offer key drop facilities in showrooms. This saves time and is convenient when dropping off your vehicle during busy hours or outside of the Service department opening times. If your car is over three years old, it will need an annual Ministry of Transport (MOT) test, to ensure it meets the relevant legal road safety and environmental standards. When your vehicle’s compulsory test is due, one of the best places to bring it is an approved Ford Dealer.

Dealer fitted accessories are fitted after registration and could have an impact on your vehicle’s fuel / energy consumption. The Combined Fuel / Energy Consumption and Combined CO2 Emissions (WLTP) figures do not include dealer fitted accessories.
Ford Essential service and repairs are available at participating Ford Dealers for older passenger cars and commercial vehicles outside their warranty with up to and including 2.5L engines and are applicable to retail customers only. All published prices are recommended retail prices and include parts, labour and VAT. Mustang, RS models and LPG derivatives are excluded.
Fluid levels will be topped-up to the vehicle manufacturer recommended levels and are limited to half a litre (0.5L) of coolant, half a litre (0.5L) of screen wash and 1 litre (1L) of engine oil. Additional quantities of fluid will be charged accordingly with customer’s consent. Should a fault be identified as the reason for a fluid top-up being required then further investigation would be necessary and therefore fluid top-up will not be included.

Ford Express Service is recommended for specific Scheduled Service intervals and all Essential Services where two technicians will complete the required service within sixty minutes. Your local participating dealer can advise on eligibility based on your vehicle’s recommended servicing schedule. Any additional work identified during the service will not be completed in this time and will only be carried out when agreed by the customer at additional cost.
