Is the Ford Puma a hybrid?
The Ford Puma uses mild hybrid (mHEV) technology – a 48-volt battery and small electric motor that assists the 1.0-litre petrol engine during acceleration and recovers energy when braking. Is the Ford Puma available as an automatic?
Yes. The Ford Puma is available with a 7-speed Powershift automatic (dual-clutch) transmission across Titanium, ST-Line, ST-Line X, and ST trims. A 6-speed manual gearbox is also available on the 125 PS engine.
How much boot space does the Ford Puma have?
The Ford Puma offers up to 456 litres of boot space with the rear seats up, including the 80-litre MegaBox – a waterproof underfloor storage compartment with a drain plug for muddy or wet items. With the rear seats folded, total capacity is 1,216 litres.
What is the Ford Puma MegaBox?
The MegaBox is an 80-litre waterproof storage compartment located beneath the boot floor of the Ford Puma. It features a drain plug so it can be hosed out after carrying muddy boots or wet sports gear. It also allows tall items up to 115 cm to be stored upright.
