FORD KUGA PLUG-IN HYBRID

The Ford Kuga Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) combines a battery powered electric motor with its 2.5-litre Duratec petrol engine – delivering a combined power output of 225 PS, together with outstanding fuel economy and CO2 emissions figures just from just 23g CO2/km (WLTP). For added peace of mind, the hybrid battery comes with an 8-year or 100,000 miles warranty (whichever comes first).

A choice of electric vehicle (EV) modes means you can decide whether to run your Kuga PHEV on power from the electric motor, petrol engine or via a combination of both. When using the mode ‘EV Now’ the plug-in hybrid can travel between of up to 29 – 40 milesTooltip (WLTP Test Results) on electric power only. So, you can make easy work of any terrain, while keeping your city driving clean, quiet and refined.

FORD KUGA FULL HYBRID

The Ford Kuga Full Hybrid combines a highly efficient 2.5-litre Duratec engine with a battery-powered electric motor. The Kuga Full Hybrid recaptures energy usually lost while decelerating. The battery stores power to improve fuel economy and even drive short distances on electric power alone. Like the Plug-In Hybrid, this has a petrol automatic transmission, which is both smooth to drive and incredibly capable, with a towing capacity of 1,600 kg.

FORD KUGA PETROL

The 1.5-litre Kuga EcoBoost petrol engine uses a combination of direct fuel injection and turbocharging, along with cylinder deactivation technology, to deliver outstanding power with remarkable efficiency. The Kuga EcoBoost petrol is available in a choice of 150 PS options, you’ll enjoy all the uncompromised performance you’d expect from a conventional 1.5-litre engine, but with better fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions.
