Octopus Energy Terms and conditions for Free Charger Kuga PHEV

Subject to the eligibility criteria and terms below, you can apply for this offer if you:

(a)   order a new Kuga PHEV, (a Qualifying Vehicle) from a participating Ford dealer between 00:01 on 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026; and

(b)   If ordered from 00:00 1st January 2026 have the Qualifying Vehicle registered by 30th September 2026

(c)   register the Qualifying Vehicle at your home address where the EV charger is to be installed;

(d)   if a Small fleet order, have the EV charger installed at the home address of the end user;

then you will be eligible to receive up to an Octopus Charge (untethered) charger installed for free (up to a value of £949, standard installation) (the Offer). There is no entry fee to take part in this Offer.

Eligibility Criteria 

The Offer is available to:

(a)  Retail and Small Fleet customers only (Fleet, Employee and Motability customers are excluded) who have ordered a Qualifying Vehicle;

(b)  those who do not already have an EV charger installed at your home and are eligible for installation of an Octopus Charge (untethered) charger under Octopus Energy’s EV chargepoint installation terms and conditions available on Octopus Energy’s website;

(c)  those over the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man); and

Verifying your eligibility

Your retailer will submit a referral to Octopus Energy. If you meet the eligibility criteria for the Offer, the Credit will be applied to your Octopus Energy account within 30 days of your Qualifying Vehicle’s delivery date, provided that during this time you have successfully signed up to the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, and the first direct debit payment has been taken from your Octopus Energy account.

Octopus Charge (Untethered) Charger

WWhilst the Offer includes the installation of the Octopus Charge (untethered) Charger for free up to a value of £949, by applying to this Offer, you agree that you may be liable to pay additional amounts to Octopus Energy if the cost and installation of the EV Charger exceed £949. This includes where your property is not suitable for a Standard Installation, as defined on the Octopus Energy website (Standard EV charger installation | Octopus Energy), or where you have elected to receive a charger which Octopus Energy sells for more than £949.

This Offer, including the supply, delivery and installation of the Octopus Charge (untethered) EV Charger by Octopus Energy Services Limited will be subject to the Sales Contract signed with you for the sale and installation of the charger and Octopus Energy’s full Terms and Conditions for the installation of EV chargepoints which can be found here: (https://octopus.energy/services/ev-installation-terms-and-conditions/).

Please note that, as this Offer is being partially funded by Ford, the availability of the Offer is conditional upon the relevant payments being made by Ford to Octopus Energy.

If you do not take delivery of your vehicle after having the charger installed you may be liable to pay the cost of the wallbox and installation.

Data Protection and Information

By taking part in this Offer, you consent to Octopus Energy receiving and sharing personal data with/from Ford, as required for the purposes of providing this Offer to you.

We agree that we will use any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at www.octopus.energy/policies/privacy-policy. 

By applying to this Offer, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true and complete. 

General

This Offer is run by Octopus Energy Limited, with company registration number 09263424.

These terms are independent of any terms governing your energy supply relationship with Octopus Energy Limited and participating in this Offer does not alter or affect your rights and obligations under any existing energy supply agreement.

In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Offer, Octopus Energy’s decision will be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.

We reserve the right to remove or amend this Offer or these terms at any time without prior notice. Notice of any changes will be provided to you, and the latest version of these terms will be available on our website.
