Ford Protect: Late Service on Service Plan

Neglecting the given tolerance of 1000 miles or 1 month for a due Service, the customer is still entitled to have the due service performed as long as the overall contract is not expired. Nevertheless the customer might have lost his coverage within base warranty or Ford Protect New for service related failures. This is the same obligation as in the Base Warranty obligations.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a scheduled service is completed within the contracts timescale. No refund will be granted after the expiry of the Ford Protect Service Plan.
