Ford Protect: Cancelling Service Plan

Under certain circumstances the Service Plan can be cancelled. The customer has to provide proof to the Ford Protect Customer Services, that the vehicle is “100% write off”, the customer claims his right of redhibitory or the vehicle is stolen. Each cancellation is to be approved by the Ford Protect Customer Services. Possible refunds are calculated and the Customer/seliing Dealer are advised by Ford Protect Customer Services accordingly.
