How Does SYNC 3 Autoplay Work?

Your vehicle may have the AutoPlay feature that can play music automatically from any multimedia device that is connected via USB.

When automatic playback is enabled, the system automatically switches to the multimedia source once it is connected. Because creating a complete index of your music takes some time, the AutoPlay feature begins playing songs from your device to enjoy your own music.

To disable the automatic playback from the home screen using the touch screen:

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select Media player & autoplay
3. Select Disable. To enable it again, follow the same steps and select Enable.
