Is there a Warranty on Recall Repairs?

Recall repairs are covered by a 12 month/12,000 mile parts and labor warranty. Please contact your Ford dealership if you have concerns regarding a recall repair.

 

How Long Will It Take to Have My Vehicle Repaired?

The length of time to complete a recall will vary with the repair that is being done.  Please work with your Ford dealership to ensure parts are available and to schedule an appointment for service. This will decrease the amount of time needed to resolve your recall concern.

 

What if I Have a Recall and My Vehicle is Out of the Country?

If you have a recall and your vehicle is overseas, recall repairs can be completed at the nearest Ford dealer in the host country.
