Ford continuously performs strict quality tests on its products. Whenever a situation arises, which compromises the safety and/or reliability of your vehicle, you will be notified directly, so that you can visit an Authorised Dealer and have the necessary checks/rectification completed.

After the necessary checks/corrections have been made, your Authorised Dealer will confirm the details of the work completed in the correct table in your Service Portfolio.

Ford is not responsible for any repair or replacement required as a result of failure to have your vehicle checked or reworked following a Field Service Action notification.
