Ford Service Info Resources

Note: Although not a direct replacement for the decommissioned Ford Etis, the Ford Service Info site offers similar features you may find useful.

The Ford Service Info site offers free resources to customers with a Ford Account. To access the free resources:

1. Open https://www.fordserviceinfo.com/
2. Login using your Ford Account login details (Note: these are the same details also used for FordPass)
3. On the Home page locate the section with the sub-heading Site Features
4. Click on Free Resources

Please note that Ford Service Info is aimed at assisting commercial customers. Individual Ford vehicle owners looking for information on servicing, recalls and owner manuals are advised to utilise your Ford Account page on https://www.ford.co.uk/dashboard.
