How can I Cancel my Online Vehicle Order?

You can contact Ford Customer Services on 020 3564 4444 or through Live Chat when an operator becomes available.

To cancel your order, just log into your Ford Account, click the cancellation button and follow the on-screen instructions. Your deposit will be refunded within seven days via your original payment method. 

In some instances, you may be required to contact your Ford Dealer who will arrange the cancellation for you. For example, if you have a finance or lease application on your order, you will be unable to cancel your order online.

If your order is over six months old and your payment card has expired, we will refund your deposit manually and this will take up to ten working days. This will be arranged by the CRC.
