How to create a Ford Account

Click here to create a new Ford Account or sign into an existing account.

Once you've set up your Ford Account, you can update your details and manage your vehicle. Follow the below instructions to create a new account.

1. Go to the Ford Account sign in page
2. Click Create an Account
3. Type in your email address
4. Click Request Email
5. You will be sent a verification email from which you will be able to verify your account. The verification link will be valid for up to two hours.
6. Once verified, you will be asked to create a password
7. Please read and accept the T&Cs and Privacy Policy
8. Click Create Account and confirm your marketing permissions

Ford Account and the FordPass* app

If you have the FordPass* app, you already have a Ford Account. You can use the same login details for both platforms.

If you don't have FordPass*, download it now and unlock your vehicle’s full potential.
