How to change your personal details in a Ford Account

You can change your personal details in your Ford Account at any time.

Sign in to your Ford Account.

Under your profile, select the Account Settings tile.

Here you can update your...

• Email address
• Home address
• Telephone numbers
• Password
• Preferred units of measurement (for example, miles or kilometres)

You can also change your marketing preferences. Under your profile, select the Marketing Options tile.

Please note: If you have the FordPass* app, any changes to personal details you make here will be reflected in the app. Likewise, changes made in the app will be reflected in your Ford Account.
