What Happens if I Miss a Payment With Ford Credit?

If you pay by Direct Debit and miss the payment due to an error, we will attempt to claim it again, on or just after the 10th working day from your original payment date. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to make this payment. If the Direct Debit is successful, you do not need to do anything else.

If you do not have a Direct Debit set up, the monthly payment will need to be paid by contacting us on 03457125759, and requesting or Bank Transfer details or by using Ford Credit Account Manager.

If you fail to make your monthly payment to us more than 30 days after your payment due date, we will add a late payment marker to your credit report. You can find more information on credit reports at MoneyHelper.
