Who Receives Customer Satisfaction Surveys (OneCX surveys)?

Ford Motor Company invites customers to complete a OneCX survey to provide feedback on their new vehicle sales or service experience. Sales surveys are sent to new passenger car and commercial vehicle customers, 10 days after the date of the vehicle registration. Service surveys are sent to passenger car and commercial vehicle customers, following a service, repair or warranty experience. Dealerships do not determine which customers receive survey invitations or when surveys are sent.

  • Small Fleet Customers
  • Employees

Not all customers will receive a survey every time. For example, there are rules in place to help ensure that a customer does not receive an excessive number of surveys.
