How do I set Charge Level Notifications for my Ford electric vehicle?

You can set a one-time alert for charge level notifications when a certain percentage of charge has been reached. To manage these settings in FordPass^®*, use the steps below.

Note: This is not a standard feature. Ensure you meet the following conditions:

• You have an active FordPass account.
• You have an electric vehicle added to your account. 

Setting Charge Level Notifications

1. Open the FordPass App. 
2. Select the Account screen.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Select Notifications Settings.
5. Swipe the toggle for Charge Status.
   • On is represented by blue, with the slider to the right. 
   • Off is represented by grey, with the slider to the left.
6. Select Manage Individual notifications. 
7. Swipe the toggles for the following:
   • Charge complete
   • Plug-in reminder
   • Cabin temperature ready
