How do I stop a remote start request in FordPass^®*?

If you selected to remote start using the FordPass App and would like to cancel your request, use the steps below.

1. Open the FordPass App. 
2. Navigate to the Home screen.
3. Press and hold the Stop button, allowing the white line to travel around the button's edge.

An alert will display for 10 seconds, confirming that your vehicle stopped successfully.

If you experience any issues, select the Account > Help options in FordPass to contact a Guide.
