Why does my modem activation status show as unavailable in FordPass®*?
If a previous owner or current user has a pending activation status, and you select to activate your vehicle, you will receive a pop-up in FordPass advising activation is Currently Unavailable.
In order to activate your account, the current activation request has to be completed first.
If you are the vehicle owner, you can perform a FordPass Connect Reset to remove any previous users, all their data, and in-vehicle settings.
