What happens if I lose, do not have, or need to replace a FordPass®* Charge Card?

If you have lost, no longer have, or need to replace your FordPass Charge Card, contact a Guide for more support. You will need to block the current card and request a replacement card. 

Important: Do not select to cancel your subscription. That action cannot be reversed.
