How Does the Ford Premium Connectivity Subscription Work?

If your vehicle is eligible for a Ford Premium Connectivity subscription, you will receive a complimentary three-month free trial. This free trial starts from the point you activate your subscription within your Ford Account. You must activate the free trial within 11 months of your vehicle's date of first registration.

The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel, and a subscription fee of just £4.99 per month will be payable. No payment will be collected for the free trial period of 3 months. You will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel automatic subscription renewal before you are charged.

How do I Cancel my Auto Renewal to Ford Premium Connectivity?

  1. Go to "Subscriptions" within your Ford Account
  2. Tap "Manage" on the Ford Premium Connectivity subscription page
  3. Then tap "Cancel" followed by "Confirm"

A confirmation of your cancellation request will be shown on your screen. If you have cancelled your subscription during the three-month trial period, you will continue to be able to us the Ford Premium Connectivity service until the free trial period expires. 

Does my Ford Premium Connectivity Subscription Cover the Cost of Other Subscriptions to Apps Like Spotify or Amazon music?

Ford Premium Connectivity provides you with access to Alexa skills that you have an account with and are supported by the service incl. Spotify and Amazon Music.

The subscription covers the data costs for accessing these features which tend to be more data intensive. The Ford Premium Connectivity Subscription does not include the cost for any of the Alexa skills that require a fee or separate subscription.
