What are Vehicle Health Alerts?

Vehicle Health Alerts use data from your vehicle to provide you with updates on your vehicle's health. You can view Vehicle Health Alerts in the FordPass^®* App.

Important: Your vehicle must have FordPass^® Connect and your modem must be activated.

Vehicle Health Alerts will provide information about your:

Recalls
Field Service Actions
Oil Life (select vehicles only)
Tyre Pressure (select vehicles only)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Note: Recalls and Field Service Actions come directly from Ford and will also appear on FordPass for non-connected vehicles.

Each Vehicle Health Alert will tell you:

What the alert means.
The level of severity.
Actions or next steps required.

Select one of the menu options below to learn how to enable and view Vehicle Health Alerts in FordPass.

Set Up Vehicle Health Alerts

If you meet all the requirements below, your Vehicle Health Alerts should run automatically.

If you experience any issues, contact a Guide using Account > Help in the FordPass App.

View Vehicle Health Alerts in FordPass

To see your Vehicle Health Alerts in FordPass:

Open the FordPass App.
Go to the Vehicle screen.
Select Vehicle Status.

Any active and available alerts will appear on the next screen.

Important: You must be an authorised modem user to access this feature. If you do not have access, visit our Request Vehicle Authorisation topic for steps.
