How to Book a Service via Ford Account
Booking a service online will be much easier if you've added a vehicle in your Ford Account.
Since we already have your details stored, it will reduce both the steps to take and the time it takes you to book your service online. Your Ford Account will also allow you to manage all your vehicle details and bookings you've made within Ford Account.
Log in to Ford Account now and make managing your Ford easier than ever.
How do I schedule vehicle service using FordPass®*?
The FordPass App allows you to schedule service appointments with participating dealers. If the selected dealer is registered as an Online Service Booking Dealer, you will see the option to Schedule Service within FordPass.
If you have a preferred dealer set in FordPass, booking a service with that dealer will be even quicker in FordPass.
To Schedule a Service Appointment
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Service screen.
- Select Book Service.
Note: If the Schedule Service option does not appear, the selected dealer is not registered for Online Service Booking. You can tap Find another Dealer to complete a new search. - If you have a preferred Dealer selected, this one will be automatically used for your service booking. If not, you can conveniently search for any other Dealer.
- Select any service from a list and get prices or decide to only schedule a general appointment.
- Select a suitable date & time.
- Add pictures/comments (optional).
- Verify all your booking details and confirm your booking.
You will be notified about booking details via email.
