How do I freeze or replace a card in FordPass Pro?

  1. Log in to the FordPass Pro App.
  2. Navigate to the Home screen.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Select the BlueOval Charge Network tile. 
  5. Tap Freeze.
  6. Confirm the card freeze on the pop-up message. 


  • Once the card is frozen, you will have the option to unfreeze the card or enter new card details.
  • If you enter new card details, a prompt will appear to confirm the new card details.
