The Ford Pro Power Promise includes complimentary support services such as roadside assistance for 5 years, with towing to the nearest charging station in the unlikely scenario of running out of charge. 

Ford Pro Power promise offers 12-months free vehicle management software included with your Ford Pro vehicle. Plus you can benefit from access to our dedicated customer support team and 24/7 digital Ask Ford assistant. All free of charge to our EV customers.

All of this is underpinned by our dealer network.

Ford Pro Power Promise customers will receive a free 5-year Service and Roadside Assistance plan, applied centrally at the point of registration for eligible vehicles. This plan includes servicing in line with the standard service schedules, and varies by model on new all-electric commercial vehicles. Wear and tear is not included.

With Intelligent Octopus Go, Ford EV drivers can smart charge for only 7p/kWh - up to 70% less than price cap rates plus 6 hours of cheap energy for your whole home every night.

The Ford Pro Power Promise includes Ford’s BlueOval™ Charge Network (BOCN), which provides access to over 800,000 charging points across Europe.

If you want to explore charge points in a particular location you can do so using the SYNC screen in your vehicle, the FordPass™ App, or with the Charge Point Locator tool on our website (you can also find simulation tools for route planning and charging time on the connected pages).

The incorporation of BOCN into Ford EVs, and the FordPass app, provides seamless payment at charge stations with Plug&Charge, RFID card and in-app capability.

The Ford BlueOval™ Charge Network is an amalgamation of multiple charging networks (or Charge Point Operators - CPOs) into a single ‘network’ that provides convenient access to over 800,000 charging points in Europe.

Ford Pro Public Charge Management is a fleet focused public charging solution available free of charge via the Ford Pro Marketplace, and offers:

• Access to over 800,000 Charge Points across Europe.
• Charging activation is quick and simple, no App required. Simply use the charge fob provided with each new EV to activate a charge. 
• Central Billing: One bill, sent once a month to the business account to cover the entire fleet’s public charging events. 

Note: Eligible vehicles need to be added to a business customer’s Ford Pro Marketplace account to access this product

The Ford Pro Power Promise includes an up to 8-year/100k mile battery warranty (whichever is sooner). Designed to provide a minimum of 70% capacity (excludes Transit Chassis cab with 65% minimum capacity).
