Sometimes you might feel that the cost of a repair to be conducted by a Ford Authorised Repairer should be covered under your warranty. If this happens, then the Fleet Service Centre team will review the circumstances and is authorised to assist where necessary.
Parts sourcing and tracking
Every so often, we might not have the parts you need on the shelf and a delay might occur. If your Ford Authorised Repairer can’t give you details of the delays, then call the Fleet Service Centre. If you have the part number (FINIS Code), full parts dealer code and the order reference, we will help you obtain an accurate date for delivery.
If you’re faced with a technical issue you can’t resolve, then you can get help from our team at the Fleet Service Centre or our Aftermarket Business Managers. They have access to a range of resources and dedicated programmes to assist our major fleet customers, particularly those with in-house maintenance workshops.
