Warranty Claims

If you believe your vehicle needs repairing and believe the repair should be covered by the vehicles warranty, book your vehicle in with your local dealership for diagnosis.

Once a dealership has diagnosed the problem they will send their diagnosis documentation to Ford's Warranty Department for confirmation of cover.

If you have any concerns you should speak to the dealership conducting the warranty work, as the Warranty Department is not contactable by the public.
