Still Receiving Recall Letters

Ford Motor Company is required to mail recall letters to the last known registered owner. If you have received a letter for a vehicle you no longer own, we apologise for the inconvenience. At the bottom of the customer letter there is a web address where you can provide additional information in order that we can update our records in order that we can contact the next owner. If you do not have internet access, this information can also be provided by completing the attached change of ownership form and returning it in the enclosed pre-paid envelope.
