Can I settle my lease agreement?

You may be able to settle your agreement early, but this depends on your type of lease agreement. Please contact your Ford Dealer to discuss.

Will the lease payments change during the course of my agreement?

No. The rentals are fixed for the duration of your lease agreement.

Can I increase the annual mileage applicable to my contract?

Mileage amendments can be made on some leasing products if required, but not in the first 6 months of your contract. For further information, just contact your Ford Dealer who will be able to help you.

Can I extend my Ford Lease agreement beyond the originally agreed term?

It may be possible to extend your contract beyond the original contract term: just contact your Ford Dealer who will be able to help.

Can I take my vehicle out of the UK?

You may take your vehicle outside of the UK with Ford Lease's consent, so long as it is for a period of 30 days or less. You will not be able to take your vehicle permanently out of the country under any circumstances.

Can I change my Direct Debit Due Date?

Yes, depending on your Business status. For regulated customers (Sole Traders and Small Partnerships), you can choose from the 14th, 21st or 28th. If you are a non-regulated customer (Large Partherships and Limited Companies), you can choose from the 10th, 18th, 24th or 26th. Speak to your Ford Dealer if you require any help with changing your Direct Debit.

How can I pay my Ford Lease rentals?

All Ford Lease rentals are collected by Direct Debit.

What happens if I can't/don't pay my monthly rental?

If you think you are going to have any issues with paying your monthly rental, you need to get in touch with Ford Lease immediately on 0344 600 1406 or via email at queries@fordlease.co.uk

Can I take a payment holiday on my Ford Lease agreement?

No. Ford Lease do not offer payment holidays.

Will I get a replacement vehicle if my leased vehicle is stolen, written off, damaged etc.?

 Ford Lease do not offer replacement vehicles as standard, but they will be made available by the AA for 48 hours after an accident or breakdown. A rental vehicle can also be arranged through your Ford Dealer if required.
