Ford’s Dynamic Charging lets your vehicle automatically charge at a cost-efficient time and schedule with an eligible energy tariff, saving you money on every journey. It also gives you the chance to use more renewable energy, using live data to charge your car when fewer people are using electricity, putting less pressure on the grid.
Using a home socket
The optional Type 2 Mode 2 charging cable can charge from any 230V domestic plug socket[disclosure: CX740L - Home Socket]. Best saved for occasional, must-charge situations.

BlueOval™ Charge Network x Octopus Electroverse[disclosure: Electroverse]
Plug into the BlueOval™ Charge Network x Octopus Electroverseand charge your Puma Gen-E at any one of over 1,000,000 AC and DC public charging points across more than 30 European countries. Charge points can be found via the in-vehicle navigation and the Octopus Electroverse app, where you can also activate and pay for public chargers.

One of the many charge networks within BlueOval™ Charge Network, IONITY provides access to high-power DC chargers to charge your Puma Gen‑E. Count on the fastest way to charge when you’re travelling longer distances.
Plug&Charge[disclosure: Plug&Charge]
Plug&Charge offers fast, seamless EV charging at participating stations (including IONITY) without needing an app, payment card or RFID card – simply plug in and charging will start.
Charge cables
Your Puma Gen‑E® comes as standard with a Type 2 Mode 3 charging cable for use at any AC public charge points. DC charging points have their own cable to make your journey easier.
