The new Kuga’s intelligent All Wheel Drive (AWD) full-time Haldex system delivers power to all four wheels for agile on-road performance and dependable off-road ability. So whether you need to overcome muddy terrain, or negotiate icy roads on a winter’s morning, the Kuga’s AWD can more than cope. The intelligent system analyses driving conditions and automatically decides how much power each wheel needs to suit the road or terrain.

Delivering responsive performance and impressive fuel economy, the new Kuga is powered by a 2.0 TDCi (136 PS) Duratorq 100 kW engine with 6-speed manual transmission. The engine provides high levels of torque: 320 Nm at 2,000 rpm and 340 Nm in transient overboost – giving extra acceleration whenever you need it.
