Manufacturing is a tough marketplace and in our long history, which began in 1903 with Henry Ford’s Model T, we’ve experienced many ups and downs. We're making sure we've got the strategies in place to create a solid platform of profitability for the future. We’ve made excellent progress but there’s still much to do – which is fantastic news for you.

It’s fair to say that many of the people who work here do share a fascination with cars, and they do find ample opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s best-selling models. However it’s not an exclusive club. Many others put their heart and soul into improving our e-commerce capabilities, optimising our $80 million global spend, or running a world-class data centre.
