Ford Assistance includes assistance at home and roadside recovery throughout Europe* 7 days a week, 365 days a year, when your vehicle is immobilised as a result of a breakdown. Ford Assistance is available to:

• All new Ford passenger vehicles (excluding Motability Contract Hire) for a period of 12 months from the date of registration
• All new Ford Commercial Vehicles (Transit, Transit Connect and Ranger) for a period of 36 months from the date of registration
• All Ford Direct used vehicles for a period of 24 months from the date of sale
