Cathy O'Callaghan is the director of finance for Ford of Britain.

She joined Ford in March 1990 as a graduate trainee in finance and worked in a variety of analyst roles in manufacturing, product development and sales and marketing. In March 1997 she was appointed finance manager of Ford Switzerland, before being assigned as assistant treasurer, Ford of Europe. In 2000 she became appointed manager of sales planning and analysis manager for two years, then financial controller of Focus and C-MAX car programmes in product development from October 2002, based in Cologne, Germany. Cathy's prior job was manager, Ford of Europe internal control and process improvement, including responsibility for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
