Marketing Sales & Service is one of the largest functions in Ford and sits between the customer and our manufacturing functions. Externally, we are responsible for taking our products to our customers in partnership with our Dealers. Internally our brand teams work with Product Development and Manufacturing to create the next generation of products that our customers desire.

After completing assignments in areas such as Fleet Operations, Programming and Distribution, Car and Commercial Vehicle Sales, Dealer Operations, Brand Management, Customer Service and Aftermarket Sales you could be eligible for promotion to specialist, supervisory and management positions within the function.
