CD navigation system

Sony 6006CD stereo radio/CD/MP3

S-MAX is now available with the optional Sony* audio system, featuring an optional 6-disc CD autochanger with MP3 compatibility, 40 programmable stations and premium level speakers for hours of crystal clear sound.

DVD navigation system

S-MAX also features an optional premium DVD navigation and audio system, featuring a large 7” touch-screen full colour display, 7 didgit Postcode input, MP3 capability, eight premium speakers and an optional external 6-disc CD autochanger for the maximum audible experience.

Bi-xenon AFS headlights

Ford S-MAX’s bi-xenon headlights shine brighter and project a wider angle of light than conventional headlights. More than twice as powerful as halogen headlights, but using only two thirds of the energy. Comes with static bending lights. (Option)

Adaptive Front lighting System (AFS)

The Adaptive Front lighting System (AFS) adjusts the headlights to aim precisely where you are heading, making for safer and more enjoyable night driving. Static bending lamps provide extra light for sharp cornering and junctions. (Option)
